Michael Testa is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Trinity Capital since November 2020. Prior to this, Michael served as the Controller at Oxford Funds from June 2017 to November 2020. With their extensive experience in financial services and expertise in US GAAP, Michael also worked as a Senior Manager specializing in financial statement audits with a focus on IFRS at EY from September 2004 to June 2017. Michael obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Iona University in 2004.
