Ishak C. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ishak co-founded R66 Media in 2020 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Triniti Land as the President & CEO, where they led various land development projects from 2018 onwards. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the CEO - Strategic Development & Services at Sinar Mas Land, and from 2011 to 2015, they held the role of Managing Director - Corporate Strategy & Services. Ishak also previously worked at Soewarna Business Park as a Senior General Manager from 1997 to 2010. Additionally, Ishak C. worked at Lippoland Development as a Sales Manager from 1992 to 1995 and started their career at Astra International as a Management Trainee in 1991.

Ishak C. earned a Bachelor of Law (SH) degree in Economic Law from the University of Indonesia from 1988 to 1995. Later, in 1996 and 1997, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management & Investment at the University of Central Arkansas.
