Omar Burch-Smith is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in banking and finance. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation since March 2023, Omar previously held positions at First Citizens from January 2017 to March 2023, including Country Manager and Business Development Manager. Earlier in their career, Omar worked at Bank of Saint Lucia as Corporate Relationship Manager from February 2010 to December 2016. Educationally, Omar holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from The University of the West Indies, completed in August 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the same institution, earned in 2008.
