Phyl Demetriou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy analysis, financial services, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Analyst at TriNet since October 2022, Phyl focuses on M&A due diligence and advanced data analytics for B2B go-to-market strategies. As the Founder of the Richmond Debate Institute, Phyl has successfully scaled the organization to serve over 300 students annually. Additionally, Phyl co-founded the Richmond Institute of Technology and Science and acts as a Startup Mentor at Lighthouse Labs RVA, offering guidance to early-stage startups. Previous roles include Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, where Phyl completed several due diligence deals, and a position at EY, focusing on IPO financial statements and M&A contracts.
