Justus Sydänmaa began their work experience in 2017 as an Advertisement deliver for Jyväskylän jakelut Oy. Justus then worked as a Salesperson at Greens Supermarket from September 2017 to November 2017. After that, they joined Kesko - K-Group, K-market Porkkana as a Salesperson from June 2017 to December 2017. In 2019, they returned to Kesko - K-Group, K-market Porkkana as a Salesperson from June 2019 to October 2020. From October 2020 to August 2021, Justus worked as a Peacekeeper for the United Nations Peacekeeping. In 2022, they became a Salesperson at A & P Hyrkäs Oy, K-Market Kauppapuistikko until January 2023. Currently, Justus is a Software Developer Trainee at Trineria Oy, starting from January 2023.

Justus Sydänmaa completed their education at two different institutions. From 2015 to 2018, they attended GRADIA Jyväskylä Educational Consortium, where they earned a Merkonomi degree in Customer Service Management. Following this, they pursued further education at Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences from 2021 to 2024. Justus is currently working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Information Technology.
