Steve Salemi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Steve most recently worked as the Director of Supply Finance & Accounting at Trinchero Family Estates in 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as the VP of Operations at Grower Direct Nut Company, Inc., where they managed multiple departments and focused on developing people and processes. In 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Sales & Operations Planning at Everett Graphics.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Pacific Southwest Container, LLC from 2020 to 2021, where they played a crucial role in managing a significant backlog caused by COVID-19. From 2017 to 2020, they held various finance roles at Constellation Brands, including Finance Manager of All Wine Operations and Operations Finance Manager of Production Wineries.

Before that, they worked as a Finance Manager at G3 Enterprises in 2016-2017, where they were responsible for financial planning and reporting for Minerals & Real Estate business units. In 2005-2016, they held multiple roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery, including Senior Manager of Supply Planning and Operations Manager of Special Services.

Steve also gained valuable experience at Frito Lay as an Operations Resource and at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative. Steve started their career at Johnson Controls Automotive, progressing through the ranks to become a Group Leader.

Throughout their career, Steve has been involved in strategic planning, financial analysis, team management, and process improvement. Steve has a strong track record of delivering results and managing complex projects.

Steve Salemi has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, which they obtained in 2004 from California State University - East Bay. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, also with a focus on Finance, from the same university in 2001.
