Stephanie Yang Shao is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across diverse global organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trina Solar since September 2010, Stephanie has played a pivotal role in building HR capabilities to support the company's expansion into various international markets, including North America, Europe, and Latin America. Prior to this, Stephanie held significant HR leadership positions at Colgate-Palmolive, where responsibilities included developing global employee engagement frameworks, as well as providing strategic HR support to the Finance Organization. With earlier experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Dun & Bradstreet, complemented by advanced degrees in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, Chinese Academy of Science, and Beijing University, Stephanie brings a robust academic foundation and proven expertise in fostering organizational talent and engagement.
