Michael Ayres has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales, operations, recruitment, and consulting. Michael is currently working at TriMech as a Strategic Accounts Federal & DoD. Prior to that, they worked at TriMech Services as a VP of Sales & Operations, where they provided strategic support to sales and engineering teams and was responsible for operational and business development support. Before that, they worked at Empyrean Management Group as a Recruiting Process Consultant at Capital One Financial and as a Principal Consultant, where they managed a regional office and a team of consultants. Michael also worked as a Senior Consultant, providing onsite client consulting services in hiring and staffing. Earlier in their career, they worked at Teksystems as an Account Manager, focusing on technical staffing services, and at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing candidates and identifying business opportunities.
