Lilie Mendonca began their work experience in 2016 as a waitress at The Smokehouse, where they served until 2018. In 2019, they served as a Marketing Analytics Intern at Spartan. Starting in 2020, they worked as a Server at Bar 'Cino until November 2020. Currently, Lilie is employed as a Business Analyst at TriMech, starting in November 2020.

Lilie Mendonca pursued their education from 2015 to 2019 at Suffolk University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Global Business and Marketing.
