Dhanuj MP currently serves as the Head People Experience Business Partner for Trimble Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this, Dhanuj held the position of Vice President HR at Standard Chartered Global Business Services Private Ltd. from December 2010 to January 2022, focusing on various business units including Technology and Banking Operations, with an emphasis on employee engagement and talent retention. Dhanuj's career in human resources began at CSS Corp as an Executive Human Resources, followed by a role as Lead Human Resources at iNautix Technologies, where extensive experience in talent management and HR operations was gained. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work in Human Resources from DG Vaishnav College, Chennai.
