Mike Nelson, CFSP has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Mike began their career in 2000 at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. as the Director of Design Innovation, where they stayed until 2014. In 2011, they joined Food Service Design Consultant as a Development & Design Consultant, and worked there until 2015. Since then, they have been with TriMark USA, holding various roles including Senior Account Executive, Senior Director of Design Services, Vice President of Design Services, and currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Design Services since 2023.

Mike Nelson, CFSP completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2005.
