Gloria Hailes, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at TriMark USA, the largest provider of design services and supplies to the foodservice industry, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Gloria held various positions at Wells Fargo from January 2001 to November 2023, culminating in the role of Vice President where responsibilities included overseeing HR for the Consumer Lending Capital Markets Group and driving HR strategies for a team of 2.7K members. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Aramark Uniform Services from 1992 to 2001, where Gloria managed HR operations for 4K employees and engaged in strategic planning and employee relations. Gloria holds a Master of Business Administration in Management & Strategic Execution from Howard University and is an alumnus of California State University, Northridge.
