Camden Krusec is an experienced mental health and substance abuse professional currently serving as the CCMTP Lead Post-Transition Care Manager at Trilogy since August 2019. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, filing reports to the Illinois Department of Human Services, and coordinating with various service providers to address clients' housing and mental health needs. Prior roles include ACT Recovery Counselor, where Camden provided trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders, and MSW Intern at KAREN BERGBOWER & ASSOCIATES, focusing on substance abuse treatment and individual therapy for co-occurring disorders.
