Kevin R. Norchi has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the VP of Operations at Trilogy since November 2020. Before that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Trilogy from March 2020 to November 2020. Prior to joining Trilogy, Kevin was a MBA Summer Investment Associate at Force Over Mass in 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Business Journalist & Consultant. Kevin also has experience as a Consultant at Mu Sigma Inc. in 2015 and as an Investment Analyst at WI Harper Group in 2014. Before that, they worked as a Research Analyst at TD International, LLC (TDI) in 2013. In 2012, Kevin worked as a Research Assistant at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and in 2009, they held a Research Assistant position at The World Bank.

Kevin R. Norchi completed their education in various prestigious institutions. In 2009, they enrolled at The George Washington University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, with a focus on Chinese and French studies. As part of their undergraduate program, they also participated in an exchange program at Sciences Po in 2011, where they studied Euro-Asian Relations.

More recently, in 2019, Kevin pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, a well-regarded business school known for its global reach and high standards. Additionally, during the same year, they also participated in an MBA exchange program at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), further expanding their knowledge and network in the field.
