Blessing Nyabadza has had a diverse career in finance, with experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, in 2019, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Trilogy, where they worked remotely. Before that, from 2014 to 2018, Blessing was the Chief Financial Officer at FedEx Express. Prior to their time at FedEx, they worked as a Finance Manager at CELSYS LIMITED from 2012 to 2013. From 2009 to 2011, they held the role of Finance Manager in the Commercial Division at Interfresh Limited. Blessing also worked as an Accountant at Imara Group from 2006 to 2008 and as an Accountant for DHL Africa from 2003 to 2006, where they focused on South, East, and Central Africa.

Blessing Nyabadza's education history begins with the Bachelor of Accounting (Honors) degree obtained from the University of Zimbabwe, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. They then pursued further education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completing a Masters in Business Leadership with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic degrees, Blessing Nyabadza has obtained several certifications. In June 2013, they received a certification from ACCA Global under their own name. In June 2021, they completed the Understanding Cryptocurrency certification from learnsignal, followed by the Working Capital Management certification from the same institution in December 2021.
