Amy West has extensive experience in customer service and maritime roles, currently serving as a Third Mate at Trilogy Excursions since November 2020, where Amy has demonstrated commitment to the tourism industry by enhancing sailing and deckhand skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes positions at Trilogy Excursions as a Crew Member, responsible for passenger safety and engagement during snorkeling tours, and Guest Service Representative at ALLEN MARINE TOURS, INC. Amy has also held leadership roles as Head Lifeguard and Head Water Aerobics Instructor at Nomahegan Swim & Tennis Club.
