Ben Potter is an experienced business unit leader at Trillium Farms, overseeing operations at a large shell egg grading plant and layer hen facility. Potter has held various positions in the agricultural industry, including production manager where responsibilities included managing a diverse team and ensuring hen welfare. Prior military experience with the US Navy Reserve as a Construction Electrician First Class includes leadership roles and operational management. As a co-founder of FoodFx, a food delivery service, Potter contributed to local restaurant expansion. Previous roles also include project coordination at UMD Automated Systems and sales and marketing administration at American Tactical Concepts. Potter holds a degree from Kent State University and a certificate in engineering and drafting from Knox County Career Center.
