Ajmal leads TRILLION’s technology initiatives, serves in a senior technical hands-on role for various client projects, and actively supports the company’s continued business growth. Ajmal applies emerging IT technologies to deliver custom solutions for US Federal agencies and has held various key positions including Chief Architect for FEMA National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Cloud Architect/Database Architect for the DHS Science and Technology OIP Program, and Solution Architect led the modernization of FEMA Identity Management System and Disaster Assistance Improvement Program (DAIP) under the IBM EADIS contract. Prior to joining TRILLION, Ajmal played a hands-on role as a Sr. Technical architect at Fannie Mae reengineering, the mortgage loan servicing platform, and delivering the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). As VP at Deutsche Bank, he managed technical consultants to architect and deliver a comprehensive Online Trading application. At EastAlco (Alcoa), he was instrumental in automating various processes within the large-scale integrated aluminum manufacturing plant. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, MS in Computer Science, MS in Materials Engineering from Drexel University, and a BTech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. His areas of interest include Cloud Computing, Migration of Legacy systems to AWS Cloud Platform, Business Process Management, COTS Integration, Data Migration, Data Analytics, Application Security, and Performance Monitoring. He follows international Cricket and loves to travel within the US and abroad.
