Lidija Pecigoš Višnjić is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and actuarial sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board and Management Counselor at Triglav osiguranje Hrvatska since June 2023, Lidija also holds the position of President of the Croatian Actuarial Association since June 2020. Previous roles include significant contributions at Croatia osiguranje d.d. where Lidija was Director of reinsurance and portfolio management, along with various directorial positions in non-life insurance product development and motor insurance. Lidija's leadership facilitated revenue growth and profitability improvements in several companies, and Lidija successfully implemented critical regulatory directives such as Solvency II. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics and a Postgraduate Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Zagreb, complemented by academic training at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
