Miquel Coll Riudavets has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Miquel started their career as an IT Technician at rentIT, where they completed an internship in Computer Network Systems Administration and basic PHP Programming. Miquel gained experience in setting up communications and computer environments for large-scale events.

Miquel then worked as an IT Manager at AutoVidal, where they managed a microcomputer network of over 300 workstations. Miquel was responsible for monitoring routine tasks in CDK Automotive DMS and managing Active Directory resources.

After that, Miquel joined Inycom as an IT Technician, where they handled helpdesk support and managed network infrastructure. Miquel also worked extensively with the Atlassian Suite technology, specifically Jira and Confluence, for documentation purposes. Additionally, they deployed software tools and Office 365 environments using Deployment Tools.

Currently, Miquel is working at Triggle as a Workplace Engineer. Miquel'sresponsibilities include managing and deploying services from the Azure Active Directory, providing identity and security in the cloud, and migrating a hybrid tenant to a full cloud environment. Miquel also holds the role of DevOps Engineer.

Throughout their career, Miquel has gained experience in various areas of IT, including helpdesk support, network and infrastructure management, documentation, software deployment, and cloud services.

Miquel Coll Riudavets has a diverse education history. Miquel completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained the Cambridge English CAE - C1 Advanced Certificate from the University of Cambridge in 2019. From 2016 to 2018, Miquel attended IES Pau Cases Noves, where they pursued a CFGS degree in Administración de Sistemas Microinformáticos y Redes (Administration of Microcomputer Systems and Networks). In 2014, they completed their Bachillerato studies in Sciences at Beat Ramon Llull.

Additionally, Miquel Coll Riudavets has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Miquel is a Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, certified by Microsoft in December 2022. In January 2021, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Among their other certifications, Miquel has completed "Desarrollo Web: HTML y CSS I" and "Desarrollo Web: HTML y CSS II" courses offered by Google in April 2020. Miquel also holds the C1 - Advanced English Certificate from the University of Cambridge, achieved in June 2019.
