Esther Santermans has extensive experience in the finance and consulting sectors, currently serving as Care Manager Transition & Support for TriFinance Belgium since September 2009. In this role, Esther oversees the matching of consultants to projects, ensures quality assurance, and manages recruitment efforts. Additionally, Esther has held various positions including Project Consultant, Junior Business Controller at Wolters Kluwer, and Business Matter Expert Credit & Collection at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Esther's career began with a traineeship at NMBS and includes roles in credit collections at Coca-Cola Enterprises and treasury accounting at Statoil and Johnson & Johnson. Esther holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering and a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven.
