Susan Mulraine, CSM, ACBA, CSPO, is an experienced IT/Salesforce Business Analyst currently employed at Trifecta Technologies since April 2021. Previously, Susan served as an Information Security Analyst and Technical Product Manager at Ramsey Solutions from October 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included configuring vulnerability assessment tools and providing corrective action recommendations for enterprise security threats. With a diverse background in education, Susan worked for over thirteen years as a Principal, Teacher, and Gifted Intervention Specialist in various educational institutions, where roles included online instruction in Physics and teaching multiple language arts courses. Prior experience includes project management and systems analysis at The Home Depot and BellSouth Telecommunications. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University.
