Eric Hughes is a Partner at Trif & Modugno LLC since February 2022, having previously served as a Partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP from September 1999 to February 2022. Mr. Hughes began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Hon Dennis M. Cavanaugh at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from August 1998 to August 1999. Mr. Hughes graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University in 1995 and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 1998.
