Aliaa Al Yousuf, CSM, is an experienced professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Compensation Benefits Analyst at Trident Systems since April 2023, Aliaa previously worked at Serco from January 2014 to January 2023, holding various positions including Benefits Administrator and Legal Claims Processing Analyst. Significant contributions to the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) were made through the administration of the Thrift Savings Plan and the implementation of process improvements. Earlier roles include positions as Chief Financial Officer at Tarahllc, Interpreter and Cultural Advisor at USDA, and Case Manager at Coptic Orthodox Charities Inc. Aliaa began a career as a Chemical Analyst at the Arabic Company for Antibiotic Industry. Academic qualifications include a recent program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mustansiriyah University.
