Bill has a background in weapons systems and quality assurance within the US Navy, where Bill has held various leadership roles such as Department Senior Enlisted Advisor, Weapons Department Enlisted Advisor, Division Leading Chief, Operations Leading Chief, and more. Bill has also obtained their Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Information Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management.
