Rafael Castro is currently serving as a Material Controller at Trident Energy since October 2021. Prior to this, Rafael held various positions, including Consultor de Projetos and Técnico de Planejamento at Bureau Veritas Group from August 2018 to October 2021, and Técnico de Planejamento at Macseal Service between April 2017 and August 2018. Rafael's career began as an Engenheiro at STX Montagem from January 2016 to February 2017, and includes roles as Aux. Técnico de Planejamento at both Grupo MPE - Montagens Projetos Especiais S/A in 2014 and Grupo ENGEVIX from November 2012 to January 2014. Rafael holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Gerenciamento de Projetos from PUC Minas and a Técnico em Eletrotécnica from Escola Técnica Electra, along with completing a degree at Estácio from 2010 to 2015.
