Aref Al-Kadi is an experienced production manager currently employed at Trident Energy since October 2024. Previously, Aref worked at Assala Energy from October 2017 to October 2024 as an Onshore Installation Manager, overseeing the largest Oil & Gas field in Gabon and managing over 700 employees across various operational and logistical responsibilities. Aref’s extensive background includes roles such as Artificial Lift Consultant and Artificial Lift Manager at Perenco Gabon SA, and Head of Well Performance Department at Total Indonesia, with a focus on optimizing production and implementing artificial lift technologies. Aref holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical & Hydraulics from the University of Aden, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
