Krystian Kolakowski serves as the Interior Operations Manager and Project Manager at Trident BMC LLC, a Trident Maritime Systems company, since July 2019. Prior to this role, Krystian held positions as Project Manager at FAST S.A from July 2018 to June 2019 and at Shiprepair Yard NAUTA S.A. from July 2017 to June 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Designer at Shiprepair Yard "NAUTA"​ S.A. from September 2016 to June 2017, Marine Structural Engineer at Teekay Corporation from April 2015 to July 2016, and Chief Design Engineer at Remontowa Shiprepair & Remontowa Shipbuilding Yard from December 2011 to April 2015. Krystian Kolakowski earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Shipbuilding and Ocean Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology between 2005 and 2010.
