Rachel Murphy has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career in 2012 as an Industrial Designer at TricorBraun and worked there until 2017. Rachel then joined Kohl's Department Stores in 2017 as an Associate Designer, specializing in Cookware and Food Prep. In 2020, they returned to TricorBraun as the Director of Category and Consumer Insight.

Rachel Murphy completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial and Product Design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012. Rachel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2016 to 2018.
