Jeffrey C. Bersch has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 as a Caddie at Rolling Green Country Club. Jeffrey C. then went on to work as a Caddie Mentor and Trainer, achieving the highest rank of "honor" caddie. Moving on, they worked in various roles within the Sigma Chi Fraternity, including Risk Manager and attending leadership workshops like Balfour Leadership Training Workshop and North-American Interfraternity Institute (UIFI). In 2012, Jeffrey worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at NOvA Physics research and also served as Greek Ambassador Coordinator at the Interfraternity Council. Jeffrey C. joined the University of Minnesota in 2010 and took on different positions such as Lead Trainer, Senior Access Assistant, and Student. Jeffrey C. briefly worked as a Project Manager for 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing at the University of Minnesota in 2015. Most recently, Jeffrey held the role of Mechanical Design Engineer at HealthPostures from 2015 to 2017, where they designed ergonomic sit/stand office furniture using SolidWorks design software and created technical illustrations and documentation. Jeffrey C. then joined TricorBraun in 2017 as a Product Design Engineer and Intellectual Property Engineer.
