Matthew Waldeck began their work experience in 2018 as an Installation Technician at Communications Engineering Company (CEC). Matthew continued in this role in 2019 before becoming the President of the Loras Hockey Club from August 2019 to July 2020. In 2020, they worked at CEC again as an Installation Technician and also joined FedEx Ground as a Courier & Delivery Driver. At FedEx, they implemented new delivery strategies and provided door-to-door customer service. Since 2021, Matthew has been working as an Account Manager at TRICOR Insurance, where they manage a large book of customers and their personal insurance needs. Matthew is responsible for quoting, comparing, and presenting insurance packages, staying informed about market trends, responding to customer inquiries, explaining coverage and premiums, facilitating claims processes, and maintaining client relationships.

Matthew Waldeck attended Western Reserve Academy from 2012 to 2016. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Loras College in 2016 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and International Studies in 2020.
