Linda Poon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Accounting at Tricon Residential since May 2022, Poon previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Swire Properties US Inc from October 2014 to May 2022. Prior roles include Head of Finance at Swire Hotels from July 2013 to September 2014 and Director at Tishman Speyer from September 2010 to July 2013. Poon began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where the role of Senior Manager was held from 2000 to 2010.
