Matt Sharples has extensive work experience in the information technology and recruiting industries. Matt founded and operated TriCom Technical Services, where they served as the Founder, Owner, and CEO. In this role, they led the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the firm, ensuring that consultants and corporate partners were equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in a dynamic marketplace. Prior to that, they were a Founder and Minority Partner at TriCom, where they worked as an Account Manager.
