José Carranza has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a New Service Technician and previously in various roles including Member Services Representative II and Member Service Representative at Trico Electric Cooperative since September 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Apple as an AppleCare Senior Advisor and Advisor from March 2015 to September 2020, and a Team Lead at Convergys from September 2008 to February 2015. Additional experience includes guest services at Target and roles in customer interaction at Walmart and Western Wats. José Carranza holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Pima Community College and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Eastern Arizona College, along with a high school diploma from Thatcher High School.
