Currently serving as a Communication Journeyman at Trico Electric Cooperative since July 2015, David previously worked at the City of Tucson in various capacities, including GIS Data Analyst and Engineering Associate, where contributions included developing custom tools and conducting hydraulic modeling for water distribution networks. Earlier roles at Modular Mining Systems focused on RF systems design and mobile data networks, while initial experience in the United States Air Force as an Avionic Communication Specialist laid the groundwork for a career in communication technologies.
