Felipe Otero Gasquet is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with a focus on the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Senior HRBP & Talent Acquisition at Trick Studio since June 2023, Felipe specializes in recruiting tech talent for AAA gaming and mobile gaming roles. Prior to this, Felipe was a Semi Senior Tech Talent Acquisition at Globant from February 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included creating recruitment strategies and attracting candidates through various channels. Felipe began the career in the human resources field as an Auxiliar administrativo de RR. HH. at Escuela de Suboficiales de la Armada in late 2020. Felipe holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad del Salvador, completed in November 2023.
