Lyly Hoang has a long and varied work experience. Lyly began in 2001 as a Conference and Special Events Manager at ARAMARK Corporation. In 2003, they became the Marketing and Administrative Manager for Advanced Health PT. In 2004, they became a Partner at Hoang's, Inc. In 2010, they were a Project Manager at World Health Ambassador and a Director, Marketing and Program Development at American Executive Health System. In 2011, they were a Regional Commercial Marketing Manager at MAKO Surgical Corp. In 2014, they were a Director of Marketing and Marketing and Business Development Consultant at Tenex Health. In 2015, they were a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at OMNI, Inc. Finally, in 2021, they became the Sr. Director, Global Marketing at Trice Medical.

Lyly Hoang received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Maryland between 1993 and 1997. Lyly then pursued their Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University between 1999 and 2001, with a focus on Business Management/Marketing.
