Joe Palomino has a solid work experience in the real estate development and operations field. Joe most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Tricap Residential Group, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they served as Chief Operating Officer at redT Homes, where they oversaw various teams involved in developing LEED Gold and attainably priced homes in Colorado. Joe also held the position of President of Operations at Tricap Residential Group from July 2017 to June 2022, where they managed a $500M multifamily property portfolio across the Midwest and Southeast. Additionally, Joe Palomino has experience in real estate investment, construction management, and directing real estate projects for Oak Street Health.

Joe Palomino has a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from DePaul University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two additional certifications. The first certification, "Sallie Krawcheck on Risk-Taking," was obtained in December 2017 from LinkedIn. The second certification, "Stepping Up to Leadership," was also obtained in December 2017 from LinkedIn.
