Matt Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Tribute Technology, where they have been working since May 2022. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Daxko from January 2020 to May 2022. Matt also served as the CTO at UpLaunch from February 2017 to January 2020. Before transitioning into software engineering, Matt worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at MBT Designs from May 2011 to August 2017, and as a Graphic Designer at Colorado Signs from August 2012 to May 2016. Matt also briefly served as a Media Manager at Left Field Entertainment Inc in 2011. Additionally, Matt gained experience as a Layout Designer at Southern Accent from September 2009 to May 2011, where they focused on creating effective designs for publication.

Matt Taylor attended Southern Adventist University from 2006 to 2011. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies during their time at the university.
