Tom O'Brien is an experienced professional in the hospitality and health care sectors, currently serving as Caregiver Recruiting Manager and Manager of Caregiver Excellence at Tribute Home Care since December 2020. Previously, Tom O'Brien managed daily operations as a Restaurant Manager at Cambridge Common Restaurant and Lizard Lounge from June 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, Tom O'Brien held various roles at SoulCycle Inc., including Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager, contributing to successful studio operations and marketing initiatives. Tom O'Brien also gained valuable experience at the Baptiste Institute, overseeing multi-unit operations and community engagement efforts, and began a career in fine dining with Clyde's Restaurant Group.
