Leszek James is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership roles. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of AFORMIC INC since October 2021, Leszek has played a pivotal role in developing intelligent autonomous mobile robots for various operational enhancements. As a co-founder of both Euvic US and Tributary Ventures, Inc., Leszek has demonstrated expertise in system design and technology solutions. Additionally, Leszek founded Tributary Capital, LLC, providing consultancy services aimed at improving competitive advantage for technology enterprises. Previous positions include Senior EVP at DTiQ and CTO roles at Intermedium Financial and Total Bank Solutions. Leszek began a career in technology as co-founder and president of Metrosoft, Inc., and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology.
