Vanessa McLemore serves as the Director of Human Resources at Tribune Publishing Company since March 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles including Senior Human Resource Manager at Chicago Tribune Media Group from February 2017 to March 2019, and HR Manager in Employee & Labor Relations at Federal Signal Corporation from November 2008 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, Vanessa held positions at Federal Signal Corporation as a Production Operations Supervisor and Printed Circuit Board Supervisor from 2001 to 2008. Vanessa McLemore holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
