Virlei Cardoso de Oliveira Jr has extensive experience in the fields of public administration and education. Currently serving as Técnico Judiciário at the Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Minas Gerais since January 2014, Virlei is responsible for improving organizational processes within the Electoral Justice system of Minas Gerais. Previously, Virlei held the position of Diretor Administrativo at Vertical Empreendimentos e Construções Ltda from August 2013 to April 2017, where strategic actions for the company were defined and executed. As an academic, Virlei taught various subjects, including Software Engineering and Information Systems Management, at Centro Universitário de Patos de Minas and UNIARAXÁ between 2006 and 2010. Virlei holds an MBA in Information Technology from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, earned between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, obtained in 2000.
