Giovanni Peluci Paiva has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as an Analista Judiciário at the Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Minas Gerais since December 2016. Prior to this role, Giovanni held positions as a Professor of Civil Law at FACULDADE DE DIREITO DE CONTAGEM and worked as an independent attorney providing contractual, corporate, environmental, and mining consultancy. Giovanni's legal career includes significant roles at Sion Advogados and Portugal Murad, as well as experience as a Public Defender and a partner at Mendo de Souza Advogados. An educator, Giovanni also taught management and hospital legislation at Faculdade São Camilo. Giovanni holds a specialization in Civil Law from Universidade Gama Filho and a Bachelor's degree in Law from PUC Minas.
