Eng. Alessandro Nogueira has extensive experience in quality management and mechanical engineering, currently serving as Head of the Industrial Quality Management Department at Marinha do Brasil since February 2011. In addition to this role, Alessandro is President of AEAS Sorocaba and Head of Content at Canal Qualidade, focusing on consulting, auditing, and training in quality systems. With a background as a Judicial Mechanical Expert for the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo and a Judicial Safety Engineer for TRT 2a Região, Alessandro provides expert analysis and technical studies. Expertise extends to HVAC consulting and mechanical engineering, with significant contributions as a member of ABNT's Quality Committee and as Financial Director for the Association of Engineers and Architects of Sorocaba. Academically, Alessandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's and Doctorate in Nuclear Technology from USP, and multiple postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA in Production Management and a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering.
