Tero Matinlassi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digitalization projects and service management. As the CEO and co-founder of Tribone Oy since August 2022, Tero leads initiatives in ITSM and ESM consulting, service design, and project management. Tero has served on the board of Sange Coop since August 2000 and held the role of Project Manager at Efecte Plc from February to June 2022, focusing on product development and customer success. Tero's previous roles include Product Manager and Lead Consultant at Virnex Business Services Oy, where responsibilities encompassed product development, ITSM consulting, and project management. Tero has also worked as a Senior System Specialist at Efecte Corp and has a background in software development and information systems design for various organizations. Tero holds a degree from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2012.
