Neill serves as Managing Director of Titan Talent Services, focusing on personalized recruitment solutions, and advises several organizations, including Manna Drone Delivery and Elevolt, on talent and growth strategies. With experience as a strategic advisor for various companies and a co-founder of TechlinkUkraine, Neill demonstrates a commitment to supporting technology communities in Ukraine.
