Hassan Saraya has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Hassan worked as a Call Center Representative at Teleperformance Egypt from 2011 to 2013, where they investigated complaints, ensured customer satisfaction, and provided coaching opportunities for agents. Hassan then joined Procter & Gamble as a Customer Business Development Analyst from 2013 to 2014, where they generated sales reports and coordinated with distributors. After that, Hassan worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Marketing Communications Executive from 2014 to 2018, focusing on website development, media relations, and marketing collateral. Hassan then joined Emaar Hospitality Group in 2018 as a Cluster Manager - Marketing & Communications, overseeing the hotel portfolio in Egypt and managing digital content strategy and social media channels.
