Laura Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and program leadership in the Southeast Asia region, currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager at Tribal Group since September 2008. In past roles at Tribal Group, Laura has held positions such as Programme Lead for Malaysia and Singapore, HE Implementation Lead for the APAC region, Professional Services Consultant, and Senior Support Analyst. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Student Systems Developer at the University of York from 2005 to 2008. Laura holds a BSc. Hons degree in Geography, specializing in Human Geography, from Coventry University, earned between May 1998 and January 2001.
