Ella Q. serves as the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for Asia Pacific at Tribal Group since September 2023, leading talent delivery operations across the region, including the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the UK. Prior to this role, Ella Q. was the Lead for Corporate Talent Acquisition at TaskUs from April 2021 to September 2023, specializing in full-cycle talent delivery for various technical and business disciplines across Southeast Asia and India. Ella Q. began a career in recruitment as a Consultant in Tech Recruitment at Curran Daly + Associates from October 2016 to March 2021, focusing on executive search within the technology and data analytics sectors. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at De La Salle University, Ella Q. also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
